- Why is it so very important that pastors 1) read the scriptures, 2) exhort from the scriptures, 3) teach from the scriptures?
- Why is it so very important that pastors be godly and grow in godliness?
- “For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come” (1 Timothy 4:8). Discuss.
