- Why did our redeemer have to be God and man?
- What did God say (through signs from heaven) when Jesus died on the cross?
- What did some of the sinners who witnessed Jesus’ crucifixion say (through their words and actions)?
- According to Luke, what did Jesus say immediately before he died? What does this saying of Jesus have to do with our hope in life and death?
- If God were to allow you to say things before your death, what would you say?
- Everyone has an opportunity to utter their last words through a last will and testament. Do you have one? In it, you may see to it that your assets are distributed appropriately. Also, you may give thanks and glory to God. Would you consider making one? What would you say in your will?
- How do you plan to apply this text of Scripture to your life? How will it affect what you think, feel, say, and do?
